As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

Division I

• NCAA Men’s and Women’s Rifle Committee - Staff contact: Victoria Lipscomb – One immediate vacancy: Coach.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: American Conference, Big 12 Conference, Mountain West Conference, Patriot League, Southeastern Conference.
• NCAA Women’s Acrobatics and Tumbling Committee – staff contact: Brandy Hataway – One Division I vacancy, any subdivision. Individual must be an administrator.  Committee preference: individuals who have experience/expertise with women’s acrobatics and tumbling.
• NCAA Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports - Staff contact: Anne Rohlman. One immediate vacancy: Registered dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition. The following Division I conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: American Conference, A-10 Conference, Big Ten Conference, Big West Conference, Horizon League, Mid-American Conference, Summit League, and Sun Belt Conference.

• Division II Coaching Enhancement Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Ashley Jocelyn.  Two September 2026 vacancies.  Out of the two vacancies: one must be a former recipient or served as a supervisor or mentor of a former recipient.
• NCAA Division II Internship Grant Selection Committee – staff contact:  Ashley Jocelyn – Two September 2026 vacancies.  Out of the two vacancies: one must be male.  
• Division II Strategic Alliance Matching Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Ashley Jocelyn. One September 2026 vacancy.  
• Division II Baseball Committee – staff contact: Eric Breece. Immediate vacancy. West Region.  Individual may be a coach or administrator.
• NCAA Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports - Staff contact: Anne Rohlman. One immediate vacancy: Registered dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition. The following Division II conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Lone Star Conference, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

• NCAA Division II Membership Committee – staff contact:  Jordan Lysiak – one immediate vacancy replacing Thomas Newsom.  Individual must be a chancellor or president.  
• NCAA Division II Women's Rowing Committee – staff contact:  Zach Christopher – One immediate vacancy (East region) replacing Michiel Bartman.  Coach or administrator (committee preference – coach).

One immediate vacancy: Registered dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition. The following Division III conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Empire 8, Liberty League, Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference, USA South Athletic Conference.
• NCAA Women's Bowling Committee – staff contact:  Eric Breece – one immediate Division III vacancy replacing Diane Jones.  Nominees must be a coach from the Northeast region.
• NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Committee – staff contact: Kevin Alcox - one immediate vacancy (Region IV).  Coach or administrator, replacing Mark Griffin.
• NCAA Division III Men’s Tennis Committee – staff contact: Victoria Lipscomb - one immediate vacancy (Region I).
